A rapidly growing European SaaS company is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help build AI-powered tools that enable legal, consulting, and financial professionals to process and analyze large volumes of complex documents in seconds.

Their flagship product leverages large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and custom fine-tuning pipelines to extract insights from contracts, filings, and internal documents --- streamlining tasks like research, risk analysis, and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Fine-tune and deploy transformer models for multi-language legal and NLP tasks
• Build and monitor real-time pipelines for document classification, summarization, and question answering
• Work with MLOps engineers to scale and optimize model performance
• Collaborate with legal domain experts and product teams

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or data science with strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• Prior experience in NLP projects, ideally including LLMs or RAG architectures
• Bonus: Experience with AWS or GCP, and familiarity with LangChain, Pinecone, or Weaviate
